Before adding a new MCE ini, read General information. Check if the MCE ini you want to use in your simulation is not in the database (INI sets menu item, MCE ini sets menu tab).
In this content you can assemble a set of EPC parameters with minimum, maximum values, and if it is a phenological parameter with phenophases.
The EPC file is determined by Normal ini data. You can select it later during MCE project creation.
Available parameters are listed in Inputs » EPC parameters. The most important columns are NAME, min and max. Minimum and maximum show the the limit of this parameter, you must add a randomisation range between theme. Colored parameters depend to each other: if one is selected, it is recommended to randomise all of dependent parameters (same color), but it is not necessary. Column TYPE show if a parameter is phenological or not.
Steps to add a new EPC variable:
- select a variable by its Name
- add a minimum value (it can not be under the minimum limit displayed in Available EPC parameters)
- add a maximum value (it can not be under the maximum limit displayed in Available EPC parameters)
- if it is a phenological parameter, it is mandatory add at least one phenophase to it
To add a new variable press Add variables to randomize button. Any number of EPC variable can be choosen.
